Asia and Europe markets are on the rise.  US markets are also up a small amount to start.  It seems that the new Eurobank bond buying program is pouring both liquidity and optimism into investors worldwide as most indexes are nearing multi-year highs.  Corporate earnings started yesterday and will kick into full gear next week.  Earnings will likely drive US markets for the next few weeks and analysts projections do not paint a pretty picture.  It will take some spectacular results above investor expectations to keep this rally alive.  Gold is down and oil is recovering from yesterday's big drop.  Interest rates are stable.
